Especially for the summer of 2010, Tozando are please to announce the launch
of the new "Uchimizu" Iaido Hakama
Uchimizu originally refers to the sprinkling of water in Japanese gardens and streets and serves to cool the immediate area, keep down dust and also please neighbors. Japanese people see Uchimizu as being exemplifying national values as it combines utilitarian, aesthetic, courteous and dutiful ends.
With that in mind, this special "Uchimizu-DRY" fabric is woven
in a unique lattice pattern, which is cooling and gives complete freedom
of movement.
Each Hakama is hand-made by our experienced tailors in our headquarters
in Nishijin, Kyoto. Thanks to the lightweight, stretch fabric, and specialist
tailoring, it allows your movements to be effortlessly smooth.
This Iaido Hakama is perfect for your intense summer practices, as they
are sweat absorbing and quick-drying.
100% polyester. Color is available in black and white.
Also, buying both this Uchimizu Iaido Hakama and
